New for 3-11 Day 2008, The 311 Store has a 311 Day License Plate that will help you let everyone know you’re on your way to 3-11 Day.
The product page says that they will be shipped on 2/5/2008 so that you will have it in time. As of now, it looks like there are 189 in stock.

I’m flying, not driving, to 3-11 Day, but I’m going to buy one anyway. Looks like there are only 188 left now.

VENUE: NEW ORLEANS ARENA
While past shows have been at the UNO Lakefront Arena, this time the show will be at the New Orleans Arena (www.neworleansarena.com), a state-of-the-art facility that opened in 1999. The Arena is within walking distance of 18,000 hotel rooms, the Central Business District, the Louisiana Superdome, the French Quarter (Bourbon Street), and riverfront attractions. So this location will be much more central to the heart and good times of New Orleans.TICKETS: ON-SALE TBA
At this time, a ticket on-sale date has not been determined. The on-sale date should be sometime between early December and mid January. We’ll be updating you along the way. There will be General Admission Floor Tickets, and Reserved Seat Tickets available. This venue also offers some “Club Seats”, which are reserved seats in the lower mezzanine that have access to two private lounges (private bars, restaurant and restrooms). 3-11 Day is a long night of entertainment, so you should make the decision of what is better for you…floor or seats. The arena is walking distance to many hotels. Nearby hotels (within 3/4 of a mile) include Holiday Inn, Marriott, Wyndham, Hyatt, Wyndsor Court, Comfort Inn, Days Inn, etc. Locations in the mid-city area or in French Quarter area are all nearby. It looks like 311 won’t be skipping out on the Northwest after all. Today the band announced they’ll be playing at the Edgefield Amphitheater on 08/28 in Portland, OR and the Marymoor Amphitheatre on 08/29 in Seattle, WA.
On sale dates for tickets to these shows is still TBA.
Pre-sale tickets are available now at 311’s pre-sale page, and more pre-sales start on Monday, so don’t miss out on premium 311 tickets!

The 311 website is now updated with a new happenings page and a complete tour dates page.
According to the news release, the 2007 Summer Unity Tour will be 50 shows long from coast to coast starting on June 21st and ending on August 26th.
There are still four dates yet to be announced: 08/05 (scheduled to be announced on 04/27), 08/24, 08/28, and 08/29, so you’ll want to keep a close eye on the tour dates page for the latest updates.
In case you haven’t heard, 311 will be touring with Matisyahu, along with another act to be named later.
More pre-sales will be starting soon, so keep a close eye on the pre-sale page to ensure you don’t miss out on pre-sale tickets.

It’s official: 311 confirms a 2007 Summer Unity Tour to take place from late June to late August.
The only confirmed dates will take place 6/29 in Kansas City and 7/1 in Omaha.
The rest of the dates will be posted soon at 311.com.

With this annoucement, we just wanted to let you know the Summer Unity Tour soon returns!! 311 & Matisyahu!! A summer celebration not to be missed!!
A number of tour details are still being wrapped up at this time, so please be patient for dates, cities and venues. It’s all in the works!!
Alert: Kansas City (6/29 Westport Amphitheatre) and Omaha (7/1 Westfair Amphitheatre) are going on sale first. The Pre-Sale looks to be next Thursday, April 12 at 311.com. The Tour Dates page at 311.com will be updated as soon as details are fully known. (we expect most other shows to go on sale later in April or May).

After almost four years of doing essentially nothing with 311day.com, I’ve finally launched something worth visiting.
Here you’ll find 3-11 day history and artwork, and you’ll also find listings of 311 video and audio.
In addition to being a central location for everything 3-11 day related, this website is going to be an open forum where 311 fans can share their 311 experiences.
